Qualifications of Officers
Three (3) qualifications are required of all officers representing Law Enforcement Specialists
- P.O.S.T. Certification
- Currently employed or on reserve status by a Police Department
- Have a Complete Uniform plus traffic vest

We work to assure that our officers experience a safe and an organized working environment.
2. We Honor Your Preferences
We care about you and your preferences -- for geographical area, job type, and hours. You can change and adjust your preferences as desired.
3. We Honor Your Authority as Law Enforcement Officers
The safety of our officers, site crews, and the public is our number 1 concern. Our officers are in complete control of every job detail. Our officers have the authority to assess the relative safety of every job detail or worksite, and to alert their support team of any unacceptable hazards that exist. LES does not accept assignments where such hazards cannot be remedied.
4. We Are There When You Need Us
Your officer support team is available 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., and answers emergency calls 24/7. There is never a time when officers cannot reach us for emergencies. This team is there to back you up, whenever there is a problem on a site. We want you to know that we are always here for you, when you encounter conditions that would hinder the proper and safe execution of your assignment.
5. Our Officers Are Family to Us
Our friendliness is genuine and deeply felt. We are honest with our officers. We genuinely care for them, and care about what happens to them every day.
6. Excellent Compensation Paid On Time
We pay our officers well, and on time. If there is ever an error, it is corrected promptly. All officers work as 1099 subcontractors.
Pay periods:
- For the 11th thru the 25th checks are mailed on the 5th.
- For the 26th thru the 10th checks are mailed on the 20th.
- We do not make direct deposits at this time.
